Weaving

My friend Amy (amyrobison.com) has started doing workshops.  We got together one night with treats and visited while we worked on our weaving projects, steadily making our way through the mistakes and struggles of a new craft, but I am please with the end result!

Two Juniors and a Freshman

So...Hunger Games the movie is coming to theaters on March 23.  And I guess you could say that some of my friends and I are very excited and want to be prepared for it.  We have been planning on making t-shirts to wear when we go to the midnight showing and we decided to work on them last night.  First, we went to Target and got black and gray shirts.  Then we came back to my house and we started to paint on them.  What we did was we got foam stamps and paint and wrote on the back "MAY THE ODDS BE EVER IN YOUR FAVOR." We are finishing them today, but man they look good.  It was lots of fun doing this too!

Craft Night with Katie

One night Katie and I decided to do some crafts together. Katie chose the dinner which was bajio. And I had to come up with the craft. But Katie ended up choosing for me anyways. We made little rosettes and put them on pillowcases and headbands. We still have to finish our project, but it was lots of fun!
